Fight Like a Girl: Self-Defense & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Empower yourself with confidence and practical skills in this 3-hour self-defense session designed for teen girls aged 12–17. Led by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructors Andrew Bowler and Alicia Reitz, this hands-on workshop will teach you effective techniques to help you stay safe and feel strong in everyday situations.
