Purpose – Insight – Core Principles & Ethics
Board meetings are typically held on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m., no less than 10 months a year, unless at the call of the Chair. Board meetings are open to the public unless they fit the Ontario Public Library Act’s criteria for a closed session. If you would like to be provided with a copy of a previous CEO Report or other supporting documentation for Board meetings, please email [email protected].
